The service
Dreams Calendar is a personal calendar and journal app for iPhone and iPad published by Arte Soft EOOD. By using it you agree to these terms.
Your entries
What you write is yours and stays on your device. You are responsible for backing up your device; there is no copy of your entries anywhere else, and Arte Soft EOOD cannot recover them.
Not medical advice
The app and its charts are for personal reflection only. They are not medical, psychiatric, therapeutic or emergency services, and nothing in them is a diagnosis or a recommendation about treatment.
Ads
The free app shows ads served by Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties and Arte Soft EOOD is not responsible for their content.
Intellectual property
The app, its name, branding and original content belong to Arte Soft EOOD or its licensors. These terms transfer no ownership to you.
No warranty
The app is provided as is and as available, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, Arte Soft EOOD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including loss of entries, arising from the use of or inability to use the app.
Changes and termination
These terms may be updated; continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms. Access may be suspended for breach of these terms or where the law requires it.
